Coppwear Limited: Shipping Policy
UK / British Isles Standard: 2-5 working days
Delivery is through Royal Mail using a 48-hour tracked service. If you are not home when they attempt to deliver your item, they will try to deliver it to a neighbour and leave a card. If delivery to a neighbour is not possible, they will leave a card and take the item back to their distribution centre. You can then either collect it or arrange a re-delivery (full details will be on the card).
Delivery to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may be subject to additional local taxes. Items will be delivered through Royal Mail using a 48 hour tracked service.
Standard delivery charge is £5 for orders under £150, and FREE for all order £150 and above.
Europe Standard: 5-10 working days
We use a tracked shipping service. We deliver duty-paid to most European countries, so you won't incur additional customs fees with your package.
For deliveries to: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (mainland), Sweden – Standard delivery charge is £10 for orders under £150, and FREE for all order £150 and above.
For deliveries to: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Switzerland – Standard delivery charge is £15 for orders under £150, and FREE for all order £150 and above.
International (Rest of the World): 7-10 working days
We use a tracked shipping service.
Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection which can delay your package.
Deliveries will be subject to local customs taxes and processing fees that vary by country.
For deliveries to: Albania, Andorra, Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Iceland, New Zealand, Malta, San Marino, United States (USA) – Standard delivery charge is £20 for orders under £150, and FREE for all order £150 and above. Local customs taxes and processing fees will need to be paid locally, to guarantee delivery.
